PLACING AN ORDER

Please place your orders at least one month before your fund raising event. This allows us enough time to deliver your horse racing package approximately one week before your “rental play date”, and in turn, your organization will have time to become familiarized with our fundraising product. If you need your fundraising package sooner, just give us a call, toll free, 1-888-327-2248, and our associates will be able to help you with special arrangements.

Please feel free to contact us Monday thru Friday, 9AM to 4:30 PM, toll free 1-888-327-2248 to place an order and our staff will be happy to walk you through the process, or you can down load and print our ORDER FORM, complete both pages, calculate the total and return the rental agreement to our office.
First time users must include full payment, check or money order made out to Armchair Races, before we can ship your horse racing package. (We do not accept credit cards).

Shipments are made by United Parcel Service and we do not ship to P.O. Box Numbers.

CANCELLATIONS:
In the event that you must cancel your fund raiser, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped will receive a full refund or credit.

If your horse racing package has already been shipped, it must be returned to us within seven (7) days, unused, with all paper material in reusable condition. There will be a nominal restocking fee of 20% plus the original shipping and handling charges. The balance will then be refunded or credited.
