Armchair Races Fundraising - A Night at the Horse Races for Charity or Fun - Horse Racing Kits
Important Information

1. Please order your fundraising package four weeks in advance so that orders may be carefully prepared and shipped. Kits are shipped via UPS. We are located within 20 minutes of both J.F. Kennedy and LaGuardia Airports. Emergency Air Freight Services are available if requested and charged to customer.

2. Confirmations are sent on all orders. If you do not receive a written confirmation, YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER.

3. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE PAYMENTS IN FULL. Finance charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) will be added to accounts 30 days past due playing date.

 
4. Full credit will be given for fund raising packages cancelled before shipment. A 20% service charge, plus shipping and handling, will be made on any order which has been shipped but returned to us unused and unopened within 10 days. Any unused kits held past 10 days will be charged full price.

 
5. Any film returned UNSEALED which was not billed on the original invoice will be billed to the customer according to the prices listed.

 
6. TO AVOID EXTRA CHARGES, ALL FILMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE BY THE RETURN DATE SHOWN ON INVOICE. All rentals are for one day's use only. No charge is made for holding film over Sunday or legal holidays. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL DAY FILMS ARE HELD, ADD 15% TO THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE.

 
7. Because our film is valuable, we must insist that the customer insure all 16mm film being returned at $50.00 per film. (Insure Video & DVD packages at $200.00 per video.) Uninsured film lost in transit will be invoiced to the customer at $50.00 per film or $200.00 per video or DVD. Retain shipping receipt for your records. There will be a $50.00 charge for each film, $200.00 for video or DVD that is returned damaged beyond repair.

8. It is the responsibility of the fundraising organization using our program to RETURN ALL HORSE RACING FILMS SENT THEM. Careful inventory should be made and films should not be left "UNATTENDED". Lost films will be invoiced at $50.00 each, Videos and DVD at $200.00 each.

9. (A) USER pays shipping charges both ways. A nominal shipping and handling charge of $28 is added for each kit.

   (B) EXTRA FUND RAISING MATERIALS WHICH REQUIRE ADDITIONAL PACKAGING AND SHIPPING WILL BE BILLED IN ADDITION TO KIT.

  (C) Canadian orders must assume total cost of shipping packages in both directions, as well as customs charges. Payments are due in US Dollars.

10. ALL ARMCHAIR RACES PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED FOR ENTERTAINMENT. WHEN USED FOR CHARITY FUND RAISING, LOCAL LAWS SHOULD BE CAREFULLY OBSERVED. THE USER IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ARMCHAIR RACES KIT AND CONTENTS.
